Walking distance from Tokyo Central, about 10 minutes. These are small rooms but convenient for one person. Close to Ginza and food stores around the corner. Free internet
Finding the place is not easy as it is at the cross of two alleys. (Just getting out of Tokyo Central is a challenge) No sunny rooms and encosed by tall buildings, another of which is going up in front of hotel.
The hotel is close to the Tokyo station which makes it easy to reach Narita.
The room is much too small, you knock your elbows in walls when you move. There was no coffee in the morning, and breakfast is not served.
No wifi on room Not possible to connect hardware on tv
Location and cleanliness
It had been prearranged that payment would be made via the credit card of a person not present at check in, however when we arrived this was not allowed, even when we presented an email from management confirming to us that this would be authorised.
The rooms were clean and modern. The location was close to two metro stations and 10 min walk from Tokyo Station (connection to Narita airport).
The rooms were REALLY small but still nice. It is enough to sleep but not for a lot of luggage. There is no WIFI in the room, but you can connect to internet with a cable to your laptop.
Very helpful staff at the front desk, always polite and prompt, always friendly. Some of them know enough English for us to get by. They are prompt in helping with directions and have good maps. The hotel has a coin laundry, a great asset as we were traveling for two weeks and needed to do all the washing. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which serves fairly sufficient break-fast for 800 Yens.
Rooms are very small. Hardly any place to put bags or hang coats and jackets. Huge TV occupies a lot of space. Toilets are small but quite alright.
Not too far from Tokyo Station (really close to 2 subway stations), so you can easily reach the the most important traffic hub for for Japan Rail pass user) in 7 minutes. Little convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel building. The Hotel itself is brand new, coin laundry available, cabled internet is free, our room and bathroom were quite large (for Japan) and in top conditions and clean. We had reservations for a non smoking room and they had to put us in a smoking room but told us that it had been treated with 'perfume'? In fact the room was ok and we never smelled anything unusual. I certainly recommend this place and will book there again on my next trip.
The lobby is on the second floor and there is no sign by the door indicating this (there is a sign on the buidling itself). So you have to find out on your own that you need to enter the building thru a side door and take the elevator to second floor (so typical for Japan).
Good location - easy walk to Tokyo Station and to the Ginza. Clean and nice room and pajamas are even provided. Coin operated laundry facilities make it a good choice for a stay of a week or more. No wifi, but LAN connection and cable provided.
Everything was fine for the price paid. Rooms are very well planned and functional
It is not very easy to reach a reception the first time. Breakfast is unavailable, that is not very convenient
Very convenient location, esp. If you are arriving at Haneda Airport. Newly built, so amenities are quite new.
Room are very small. Check out time too early 10am. It has a free coffee corner but only from 1500-2400, a bit too mean.
Easy access to subway, just across the street, this expedite transfer to Haneda Airport which cost JPY440 per person. Taxi would cost about JPY8,000. The twin room is very comfortable size. Reception desk always try their best to understand English and provide information.
Wifi only at reception, no safe deposit box.
Decent room close to the business district and Tokyo station. A little small, but such is Tokyo.
Wifi only in the small lobby area. Wired internet in the room.
very clean!!! location is perfect! in the room u have everithing u need!
no wi-fi in the room((((
Friendly staff, clean n fairly priced. Wish they have room wifi, allow late check out without extra charge.
Very friendly personell. Everything worked perfectly. Nice area with free coffee, internet, etc...
They did not offer WiFi, only cable and my firewall did not manage to connect.
